Introducing the Temporary Startup Plan

A More Flexible Way to Power On Cloud Phones

Cloud phones must remain powered on to run apps, manage accounts, and execute automation tasks.

Previously, DuoPlus offered two startup options:

• Subscription Startup
• Temporary Startup

As part of this anniversary update, we're officially introducing the Temporary Startup Plan, a new prepaid option designed for users who need more flexible cloud phone usage.

Think of it as a shared pool of startup minutes that can be used whenever Temporary Startup is needed.

Temporary Startup billing is now calculated in 10-minute increments, allowing for more accurate usage tracking and reducing unnecessary minute consumption.

How the Temporary Startup Plan Works

The Temporary Startup Plan is not tied to a specific cloud phone.

After purchase, all Temporary Startup usage generated by cloud phones within your workspace will be deducted from the shared minute balance according to the rules below.

Deduction Rules

Deduction Priority

Startup minutes are deducted in the following order:

1. Free Temporary Startup minutes
2. Temporary Startup Plan minutes

Daily Deduction Limit

Each cloud phone can consume a maximum of 200 Temporary Startup Plan minutes per day.

Once a device reaches the 200-minute limit, it can continue running through Temporary Startup for the remainder of the day without consuming additional plan minutes.

Who Should Use the Temporary Startup Plan?

The Temporary Startup Plan is particularly useful for the following scenarios:

1. Managing Multiple Cloud Phones

Perfect for users who rotate startup time across multiple devices rather than keeping every device online all day.

2. Running Batch Operations

Ideal for automation tasks, content publishing, and account operations that only need devices online during specific periods.

3. Controlling Team Startup Costs

A shared startup minute pool makes it easier for teams to monitor usage and manage operational expenses.
