Auto-Renewal Agreement

This Agreement is a supplemental agreement to the DuoPlus Terms of Use and forms an integral and inseparable part thereof. Together, they constitute a unified agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the DuoPlus Terms of Use , this Agreement shall prevail.

By clicking to subscribe to, activate, or use the DuoPlus auto-renewal service (the “Auto-Renewal Service”), you are deemed to have agreed to this Agreement.

You understand and agree that:

1. If you activate the Auto-Renewal Service and do not expressly cancel it at least three (3) days before the service expiration date, the relevant entity will, on and after the expiration date of each subscription period, automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from the balance of the account(s) linked when you activated the Auto-Renewal Service, including your DuoPlus account balance, linked bank card account, or linked third-party payment account (such as Alipay or PayPal) (collectively, the “Account”), thereby extending the validity period of the corresponding service. You are responsible for monitoring the status of the above Account and ensuring sufficient available balance. Any risks and/or losses arising from a failed renewal due to an Account issue or insufficient balance shall be borne by you.
2. By activating the Auto-Renewal Service, you agree that the payment channel may deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from your linked Account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code, or similar information. You acknowledge and agree that, if you use a third-party payment channel to make payment, you will also be subject to the applicable terms of service and rules of that third party.
3. To help you stay informed of upcoming auto-renewals, DuoPlus will, as required by applicable law, notify you by in-app message, email, or other means before charging for the next subscription period. Please pay attention to such notices. In particular, due to the nature of the Auto-Renewal Service, for certain payment methods the subscription charge may be processed seventy-two (72) hours before the start of the next subscription period. If you have not expressly canceled the Auto-Renewal Service before then, DuoPlus will, pursuant to your authorization, issue a deduction instruction to the relevant entity for the next subscription period. In principle, fees deducted pursuant to such instruction are non-refundable.
4. Subscription periods include 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and 360 days, among others (subject to the options displayed on the subscription page), and may be selected by you.
5. To cancel the Auto-Renewal Service: open the DuoPlus client → click “Cost Center” or “Proxy” → click “Auto-Renewal” → turn off the renewal service as instructed on the page. Once disabled, the service will no longer renew automatically when it expires. There may be a delay in displaying an updated auto-renewal status; the auto-renewal authorization status maintained by the applicable payment method shall prevail. If you do not cancel the auto-renewal function before the service expiration date, the service will automatically renew and the applicable fee will be charged.
6. DuoPlus may also cease providing the Auto-Renewal Service to you based on operational strategy. In that event, your service will terminate upon expiration of the then-current service period.
7. Subscription services provided by DuoPlus are virtual products. Once a fee has been charged, refunds are not supported except in cases of force majeure. You may, however, cancel auto-renewal and subscribe to DuoPlus services using a non-auto-renewing payment method.
8. To help you stay informed of upcoming auto-renewals, DuoPlus may, in accordance with applicable law and relevant service rules, notify you by in-app message, email, or other means before the agreed automatic deduction time. Please pay attention to such notices.
9. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or in applicable DuoPlus rules, the Auto-Renewal Service remains effective from the date you activate it until you choose to cancel it.
10. If you violate this Agreement or any DuoPlus platform rules, we may cease providing the Auto-Renewal Service to you based on the circumstances of your breach. You shall bear any legal liability and consequences arising therefrom.
